Terms of Surrender


We think accepting these would be better than facing a War Crimes Tribunal, but it is your choice.

1) All victimless criminals shall be freed.

2) All freed prisoners of war shall have all their rights restored.

3) All freed prisoners of war shall have any confiscated property restored.

4) The Federal Government will pay reparations to those due reparations, plus 20% interest compounded annually from the time that the damages occurred.

5) Medals will be awarded to all victimless crime combatants in such a fashion:

    The City/County officials shall distribute these:
      a) Purple Heart Medals to all parties injured
      b) Prisoner of War medal to those incarcerated
    The Governor of each state shall distribute these:
      c) Bronze Star Medals to all who were incarcerated due to refusal to cooperate with the enemy to save a loved one or dependent
      d) Silver Star Medals to those who did the same to save someone other than a loved one or dependent
    The President shall distribute these:
      e) Congressional Medal of Honor to any who died heroically fighting the enemy.
Medal award ceremonies shall be broadcast to the represented areas on ALL BROADCAST MEDIA from start to finish without interruption. From the point at which distribution of the medals begins until it has ended shall be a national holiday, and anyone receiving a medal will shall not be denied leave by any employer, nor will they be penalized by any employer in any way for participating.

6) All former prisoners of war are due back pay and benefits from the Army. Those who served (or were due to serve) appropriate durations (including parole or probation) are also due retirement. Those who have not yet served appropriate durations shall be considered commissioned for life without question, and should they choose to continue service, they will receive retirement benefits when they reach the appropriate limit.

7) Military officers who participated in the use of the American military against any citizen of the US on US soil shall be given a dishonorable discharge and lose all benefits, as well as their right to vote, hold office, or bear arms.

8) All officers of the government who voted for this war at any time shall immediately lose their office, and they shall also lose their right to vote, hold office, or bear arms.

9) All judicial decisions will be reviewed, and any judge who denied a jury nullification defense shall be immediately impeached, disbarred, and shall lose their right to vote, hold office, or bear arms.

10) The properties of the persons listed above (military, governmental, and judicial) who lose their rights in the aforementioned fashion shall be confiscated and sold in order to cover the costs of war reparations first before using any public tax monies. The date of ownership shall be the date of publication of this document, and any person to whom properties are transferred in order to circumvent this process shall forfeit that property without compensation.
